Research Project: Developed a Human Skin Face Detection System on Still Image by using Matlab as a programming methods. The project is aim to detect a skin face of human in a still image by using the algorithm based on paper by K. Sandeep and A. N. Rajagopalan which addresses the problem of the face detection in still images. The algorithm used color histogram for skin in the HSV space in conjunction with the edge information to quickly locate the faces in a given image.
